Returns Policy
We accept returns for UNOPENED items you have purchased from MS MIAMI within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund providing the product unopened. Shipping and handling fees are non- refundable, unless there was an error on our part.
A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number MUST BE REQUESTED for all returns. To request an RMA number, call or email our customer service line at 1-800-733-8126 or sales@msmiami.com - Products returned without obtaining an RMA number will be refused or subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
We can not accept returns of the following items:
- Any product returned without a RMA number.
- Any DOWNLOAD ONLY products.
- Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product under Clearance Sale.
- Any product that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
